Ortho Dog sells affordable canine orthopedic braces to improve the lives of dogs suffering from mobility issues. Unfortunately, their former website created customer confusion, resulting in increased product returns and reduced customer satisfaction. Additionally, the outdated website impeded the team's ability to process orders and manage content. Our team at Status Forward strategized a new user experience with clear calls to action, a sizing calculator, and updated brand presentation.
